Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with customer requirements.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
Manage project risks, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and customer specifications.

Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular review meetings and provide project status updates to management and clients.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of poles.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Coordination




Work closely with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Support resolution of technical and operational challenges during project implementation.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Financial Management
Coordinate vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, and payment processing.
Track project costs and ensure budget adherence.
Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to facilitate timely customer payments and collections.
Support project profitability through effective cost control and resource management.
