Develop relationships with developers, DSAs, channel partners, and IPCs to generate business.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial assessment to approval and disbursement.
Achieve business targets for disbursement, AUM growth, and revenue.
Conduct preliminary project feasibility, developer background, RERA, cash flow, and collateral assessments.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for approvals and timely disbursements.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and current business prospects.
Ensure compliance with KYC, RBI guidelines, and internal credit policies.
