Hands-on experience in ERP/Procurement Systems (preferably AOne Procurement System).
Robust knowledge of User Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
Experience in application support, user coordination, UAT support, and issue resolution.
Knowledge of ITIL concepts and service management processes.
Exposure to vendor management, contract management, and procurement support activities will be an added advantage.
Manufacturing or automotive industry experience is preferred.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
