We are looking for a Marketing Manager/Supervisor to lead our India marketing team, ensure high-quality creative and digital outputs, and align marketing execution with our Australian brand and audience.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Director (in Australia)
Lead, mentor, and manage the India marketing team.
Review and ensure quality of marketing content, campaigns, designs, and creatives.
Align marketing strategies with Australian market requirements.
Drive AI-powered marketing workflows and productivity.
Manage projects, deadlines, and team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1+ years in a management and/or supervisory role .
Experience working with international brands,
preferably Australian or Western markets.
Robust knowledge of digital marketing, creative review, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, and other generative AI platforms.
English proficiency.
Excellent communication, leadership, and quality-assurance skills
