Job Role :
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, obtain sign-off from all stakeholders, and ensure continuous monitoring of timelines and deliverables.
Proactively escalate any delays or deviations to the concerned leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate closely with teams from Product Marketing, R&D;, Purchase, Quality, and Production to drive timely closure of project milestones.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and prepare effective mitigation and contingency plans.
Reporting & Communication:
Release weekly MIS reports capturing project status, key highlights, risks, and dependencies for stakeholder visibility.
Gate Planning & Sign-off:
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate project gate activities in line with the NPD process.
Ensure formal gate reviews and sign-offs are completed at each phase.
