Role Requirements / Experience
Experience handling a similar Medical College project.
Experience with Civil, MEP and infrastructure works.
Robust cost-plus contract oversight, resource auditing and construction progress monitoring.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Roles & Responsibilities
Review the existing project execution plan and detailed schedule.
Monitor construction progress against approved schedules.
Track milestones and identify potential delays.
Review contractors’ work programmes and progress reports.
Highlight risks affecting time, cost or quality and recommend corrective actions.
Identify design-related delays and coordinate between consultants and contractors.
Provide weekly/monthly dashboards covering time, cost and quality.
Maintain project registers (RFI, drawings, issues and other required documents).
Escalate matters affecting time, cost or quality that require client intervention.

Qualification : B.Tech (Civil) / M.S. / D.B.M. or MBA (Construction Management)
