Position Title:- Project Manager (Re-insurance/Finance)

Experience:- 7+ Years

Location:- Bangalore, KA (Hybrid)

Required Experience
7+ years of project management experience, preferably within (Re)insurance or financial services, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
Robust experience across project planning, execution, governance and reporting, with the ability to bring structure and discipline to delivery.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, workstreams and dependencies in a complex matrix organization.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability and timely decisions without direct authority.
Proven ability to identify and resolve delivery blockers, escalating issues with clear options and recommendations where required.
Robust communication, facilitation and organizational skills.

Nice to have
Experience in Life & Health (Re)insurance.
Experience with client data or data-driven business initiatives.
Project and change management certifications (e.g. PMP, PROSCI, Scrum)
