Role: Supply Manager – B2B
Develop and maintain a robust network of fleet vendors and Driver-Cum-Owners (DCOs).
Ensure adequate vehicle availability to meet daily and future client demands.
Recruit and onboard new vendors and drivers as per business requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and vehicle rates with vendors.
Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle retention, and supply productivity.
Conduct driver onboarding, induction, and periodic training.
Coordinate with Operations teams for smooth vehicle deployment and issue resolution.
Prepare supply plans for recent client launches and business expansions.
Manage vendor performance through regular reviews and corrective actions.
Support client ramp-ups by ensuring timely fleet deployment.




Monitor key supply metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
Resolve vendor escalations and maintain solid business relationships.
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and client SLAs.
