Root Cause Analysis
Conduct gap analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of project performance with respect to defined project deliverables, milestones, and targets.

Process Improvement
Develop knowledge of PMO tools and support their implementation to improve project monitoring, reporting, coordination, and overall operational efficiency.
