Job Purpose

This role is responsible to ensure the highest standards of quality assurance for Civil systems and project activities. This involves coordinating and conducting in office inspections, overseeing the inspection of civil works, and managing the preparation and review of Field Quality Plans. Additionally, the role includes conducting civil quality tests, maintaining testing protocols, and leading quality awareness training to uphold excellence in civil engineering practices.

External Stakeholders: Agencies and contractors

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
6+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, with a significant portion in a leadership role within the power sector or related heavy industries.
Candidates with experience in the power generation, energy, or related heavy industrial sectors are preferred, with a solid background in operational excellence and quality management systems.
