Role Summary

Lead end-to-end production operations for customised industrial chillers, ensuring timely manufacturing, quality compliance and on-time delivery while optimising cost, productivity and resource utilisation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise and monitor production activities to deliver chillers on time within quality, cost and productivity targets
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and SOPs across shop floor operations, assembly and testing




Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Quality and Service teams for smooth execution of production schedules and customer commitments
Optimise manpower, machine utilisation and inventory to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and root cause analysis
Mentor and develop the production team through training and performance reviews
Track KPIs production output, on-time delivery, quality, productivity and cost and implement corrective actions

Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in chiller production
Diploma in RAC / Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Graduate, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Solid leadership, planning and team management skills
Ability to solve problems, coordinate across functions and drive continuous improvement
Proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati
