Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
Define and promote best practices, standards, and guidelines for Power BI development, semantic data modelling, and report design.
Guide, mentor, and provide technical direction to other Power BI developers within the team.
Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets/semantic models, gateways, refresh schedules, and deployment processes.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and governance across reporting solutions.
Collaborate with data engineering and backend teams to ensure effective integration with various data sources.

Required Technical Skills




Minimum 6 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and BI reporting.
Robust expertise in Power BI (Web), DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling.
Positive understanding of relational databases and SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
Experience designing interactive dashboards, analytical reports, and KPI-driven visualizations.
Positive understanding of star schema, dimensional modelling, and data warehousing concepts.

Experience managing Power BI workspaces, datasets/semantic models, scheduled refreshes, and deployment pipelines.
