Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Engineering or a related discipline.
10 - 15 years of experience in product development, R&D;, engineering or technology leadership.
Experience in electrical panels, enclosures, switchgear, sheet metal, electrical equipment or related engineering products preferred.
Solid experience in product development, design engineering, value engineering and manufacturing interface.
Proven ability to translate customer and market requirements into commercially successful products.
Solid understanding of engineering standards, product costing, manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
Solid leadership, innovation, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
