We are looking for mechanical engineering interns interested in robotic arm design, mechanical systems, automation and product development.

The selected candidates will work on designing and developing fixed-base, six-degree-of-freedom robotic arms. They will be involved in mechanical design, CAD modelling, fabrication, assembly, testing and optimization of robotic arms and grippers.

Roles and Responsibilities
Study the robotic arm mechanical architecture and reference designs.
Design and develop 6-DOF robotic arm structures.
Create 3D CAD models, mechanical drawings and assembly designs.
Design robotic arm links, joints, brackets, shafts and mounting structures.
Work on actuator mounting, gearboxes, pulleys, belts and transmission systems.
Design and develop robotic grippers for handling cooking utensils and objects.
Design leader and follower robotic arm mechanisms for teleoperation.
Perform mechanical load, torque and structural calculations.
Work on arm reach, payload capacity, stability and movement optimization.




Coordinate with the electronics team for motor and encoder integration.
Coordinate with the AI team for joint movement and teleoperation testing.
Participate in fabrication, assembly, calibration and mechanical testing.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical design and engineering principles
Knowledge of 3D CAD software
Understanding of mechanisms, joints and mechanical assemblies
Interest in robotics and automation

Preferred Academic Background: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or related disciplines. Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
