Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be extensively trained on processes across factory and will be assigned responsibilities suitably.
Perform departmental duties as assigned within the manufacturing workplace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvements.

Requirements
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Minimum 60% of marks with no arrears).
0 to 1 year of experience; Passed out preferred.
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts (such as 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination).
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MS Office (Excel, PPT Word).
Positive communication in English and Tamil.
Willing to work at Pollachi.
