Job Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates for construction and interior projects.
Analyse architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to calculate material and labour quantities.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis, and project budgets.
Collect and compare quotations from vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Calculate material requirements, labour costs, wastage, and other project expenses.
Prepare tender documents, quotations, and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with architects, designers, site engineers, and project managers.
Monitor project costs and track actual expenses against estimated budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Maintain estimation records, cost sheets, BOQs, and project documentation.





Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Valuable knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and market rates.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate A detail-oriented and responsible skilled with practical knowledge of construction estimation, quantity calculation, material costing, and project budgeting. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
