Key Responsibilities
Assist the Main Teacher in conducting daily classroom activities and learning sessions.
Support children in developing basic literacy, numeracy, communication and social skills.
Assist in planning and preparing teaching-learning materials, worksheets and classroom activities.
Ensure the safety, hygiene and well-being of children at all times.
Help children with daily routines, including eating, washing hands and maintaining personal hygiene.
Encourage children's participation in storytelling, rhymes, art and craft, music and play-based activities.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning setting.
Observe children's behaviour and learning progress and communicate concerns to the Main Teacher.
Assist in organising classroom displays, events, celebrations and school activities.




Coordinate with parents and colleagues whenever required.
Support children who need additional attention and guidance.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline / NTT / Montessori Training / Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
Prior experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting will be an advantage.
Freshers with a genuine interest in early childhood education may also apply.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy and a caring attitude towards children.
Basic knowledge of preschool teaching methodologies.
Creativity and ability to conduct engaging classroom activities.
Classroom management and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle young children responsibly.
