Role & responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Validate CRM modules including Leads, Prospects, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Workflows.
Execute manual and automated test cases, identify defects, and track issues through closure.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Conduct API, UI, and end-to-end testing to verify seamless integration with external systems.
Prepare test reports, maintain test documentation, and support UAT and production releases.
