Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process IT/Non IT.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Schedule and conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Required Skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of recruitment tools & techniques.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valuable Souring Knowledge.
Eligibility
Min 5+Years of experience in IT/Non IT Recruitment .
Any Degree / MBA / Any UG or PG .
