Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive / Senior Purchase Engineer to manage procurement activities, supplier coordination, cost optimization, and timely material delivery to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Evaluate supplier quotations, pricing, and performance.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams.




Prepare purchase and inventory reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Advanced MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
