Job Responsibilities:
Identify and source construction materials from suppliers.
Purchase cement, steel, sand, bricks, electrical and plumbing materials.
Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.
Prepare purchase orders (PO) and maintain purchase records.
Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
Monitor material delivery and stock availability.
Verify supplier bills and invoices.
Maintain vendor relationships and purchase reports.

Required Skills:
2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
Knowledge of construction materials.
Positive negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
Vendor management and cost control.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification: Any Degree / B.Com / Diploma. Job Type: Full time
