It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a valuable portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processesAbout the RoleThe Credit Officer - AL manages core underwriting for Auto loan, Underwriting will be for different channels like DSA dealer, Branch, Digital.Key Responsibilities
Approval Rates, basis the target will be reviewed for the year for the location - Approval rates for all the locations - for the full year.
Turnaround time (TAT) from Login to Sanction - Login to Sanction for all products as confirmed.
Early Warning Signal- Location wise FPD for term Loans - Location-wise FPD % for Business Loan as confirmed.

QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:

� Graduate / Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred)

� Fresher or Experience in retail credit

Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:

� Knowledge of credit, industry and product trends

� Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

� Positive communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
