Good negotiating skills with vendors and suppliers
Identification of the current vendors / recent materials
Knowledge of Bulk purchase
Should be well-versed with purchase related skills making POs and follow-ups.
Should be able to track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Knowledge of material usage and smooth flow of information between site and office
Understanding and forecasting of the necessity material requirement and usage
Keeping updated records of inventory and inventory management.
Understanding the fund flow of the company and dealing with vendors appropriately.
Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services.
Knowledge on purchase related MIS reports
Willing to go out for purchase of materials based on necessity.
Excellent Communication Skills.
