We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a food manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in food manufacturing operations, production planning, manpower handling and quality coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Manage production staff and allocate manpower.
Monitor production processes and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team to maintain product standards.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and resources.




Maintain daily production reports and records.
Ensure workplace hygiene, safety and manufacturing standards.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
Solid production planning and team management skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
