Job Responsibilities
Manage procurement of HVAC and MEP materials, equipment, and components.
Purchase chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting materials, GI sheets, copper pipes, valves, pumps, and electrical accessories.
Develop vendors, negotiate prices, and prepare comparative statements.
Coordinate with project, design, planning, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
Review BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.
Monitor purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and material quality.
Maintain purchase records and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Required
Skills
Knowledge of HVAC/MEP materials and equipment.
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
