We’re looking for a Quantity Surveying, Billing & Commercial (Road Business) professional(Manager/ Sr. Manager)

What you’ll do
Prepare and review BOQ quantities, measurements, reconciliation statements and quantity calculations
Review contractor RA Bills, Final Bills, claims, variations and extra items
Prepare cross sections in Road Estimator / CalQuan for estimation and reconciliation of highway quantities
Verify quantities against drawings, specifications, contract provisions and site records
Review client billing and certification status
Prepare and review project cost and tender estimates
Review Change of Scope proposals, quantities and cost implications
Carry out rate analysis for new and non-BOQ items
Monitor budgets, project costs, commitments and major commercial exposures
Review procurement proposals from quantity, cost and commercial perspectives
Identify cost-saving opportunities and commercial risks




Prepare cost, billing and commercial review reports for management

What are we looking for?

B.E / B.tech in Civil Engineering, Masters' will be an added advantage.

Experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Estimation, Contracts, Cost Control or Commercial Management

Hands-on experience in contractor billing, quantity verification, estimation, rate analysis and

Change of Scope reviews

Positive understanding of EPC contracts, drawings, specifications and measurement practices

Hands-on experience with Road Estimator / CalQuan and AutoCAD
