RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily production work.
Assign work to operators and helpers.
Check employee attendance.
Monitor daily production targets.
Check product quality.
Maintain worker discipline.
Coordinate with machine operators.
Report daily production details to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Any Degree preferred.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to manage workers.
