KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure compliance and performance standards.
Oversee staffing and resource planning to optimize team productivity.
Conduct regular client performance reviews to maintain high satisfaction levels.
