Partners with relevant stakeholders in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies, processes, and procedures
Facilitates the implementation of HR programs and policies within the organization
Coordinates recurring annual activities such as salary review, talent review and performance management
Collects, reviews and actions feedback on policies, procedures, and programs




Manages workstreams within HR projects and other initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, performance and capability improvement, attraction, and retention initiatives)
Assists with making changes that improve the working workplace and overall employee relations.
Conducts investigations into breach of policies and procedures
