Job Title: Physics Faculty – Tuition

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Physics at High School and Higher Secondary levels.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Physics Faculty member to deliver engaging tuition classes, strengthen students’ understanding of concepts, and improve their problem-solving skills through regular assessments and individual guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classes according to the timetable, academic plan, and prescribed Daily Practice Problems (DPP).
Prepare lessons and teaching materials that explain Physics concepts through practical examples and applications.
Guide students in solving numerical problems and understanding derivations.
Clarify doubts during classes and scheduled centre hours.
Identify learning gaps, monitor student progress, and provide remedial sessions where required.




Support examinations, invigilation, and answer-paper evaluation.
Maintain attendance and academic progress records, and follow up with absentees when necessary.
Participate in parent–teacher meetings, faculty training programmes, and academic activities.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience.
Solid knowledge of Physics at High School and Higher Secondary levels.
Effective communication, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
Availability for early morning and evening classes and scheduled doubt-clearing sessions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
