Position: Restaurant Captain

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead and guide stewards and service staff, ensuring proper task allocation.
Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Take customer orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely food and beverage service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall service standards.
Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
Assist in staff training and maintaining service quality.




Ensure proper billing procedures and support cash handling when required.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and F&B; operations.
Ability to manage a team and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Qualified attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
