Job Responsibilities
Ensure all billing information (customer details, amounts, taxes, etc.) is correct before issuance
Track incoming payments and ensure they are recorded properly.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing issues
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner throughout their shopping experience.
Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
Maintain the visual merchandising standards by organizing and replenishing product displays regularly.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management promptly.
Ensure the store setting is clean, protected, and inviting by performing routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
