We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in network operations and implementation. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, F5 load balancers, and exposure to implementation and change management activities.

Essential
1+ years of experience in network security operations, managed security services, telecom operations, hosting operations, or enterprise infrastructure support.
Hands-on operational experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, Cisco, F5, Clavister, and NetGuard. (few firewalls is mandatory).
Experience supporting F5 Load Balancers, including virtual servers, pools, nodes, monitors, SSL profiles, and traffic management.




Working knowledge of proxy technologies such as Symantec/Broadcom Proxy and Blue Coat.
Understanding of VMware Hypervisors and virtualised infrastructure hosting security appliances or supporting platforms.
Positive understanding of incident, change, problem, and request fulfilment processes under ITIL framework
Proven ability to manage complex technical incidents and customer-impacting changes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
