Network Security Engineer (L2) with hands-on experience in FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls to support enterprise network security operations and incident management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage FortiGate and Palo Alto firewall settings.
Implement firewall rules, NAT, VPN (IPSec/SSL), and security policy changes.
Troubleshoot network security incidents and escalate complex issues to L3 teams.
Support FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Panorama, and GlobalProtect operations.
Perform log analysis, health checks, and firewall compliance activities.
Execute approved changes and maintain operational documentation.
Required Skills FortiGate, Palo Alto, Panorama
VPN, NAT, Security Policies
Routing & Switching Fundamentals (BGP/OSPF knowledge preferred)
Incident & Change Management
