Required Skills and Qualifications
Hands-on full-stack development experience, with robust backend depth and practical frontend delivery experience.
Robust backend programming skills in Python or C#/.NET, including object-oriented design and RESTful API development.
Willingness to learn and work with Python and FastAPI is essential. Prior Python experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates from a C#/.NET background.
Working proficiency in React, JavaScript and TypeScript, including component development, state management and backend API integration.
Understanding of HTML,



CSS and responsive design sufficient to deliver functional, maintainable frontend features.
Experience with relational databases, including data modelling, indexing and query optimization, plus working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, input validation and secure application development.
Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, debugging, performance tuning and production support.
Solid problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills with ownership through delivery.
For Lead Engineer: Demonstrated experience producing HLDs, owning architecture decisions and guiding engineers through end-to-end implementation.
