Role & responsibilities
BCS group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Placement Manager to drive employer engagement, placement outcomes and recruitment coordination across skill development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop employer networks and generate job prospects for trained candidates.
Drive placement targets under DDU-GKY, UPSDM, PMKVY and other government skill development projects.
Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, candidate short listing and employer interactions.
Ensure offer-to-joining conversion and maintain verified placement records.
Track post-placement outcomes and candidate retention as per project guidelines.
Maintain placement MIS, employer databases and required documentation.
Coordinate with Operations and training teams to align candidate readiness with industry requirements.
