Program Manager – Office of the COO

About the Role

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Program Managers to work closely with the COO and senior business leaders at Vedantu. The role involves managing leadership reviews, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking key priorities and ensuring timely execution of business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage leadership calendars, meetings and review schedules.
Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and track key action items.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Academics, Product, Operations and Finance.
Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain trackers, reports and business review dashboards.
Drive execution of priorities and ensure accountability across teams.





Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Executive Office, Founder’s Office, CEO/COO Office, Business Operations or Program Management.
Experience working closely with senior leadership and managing cross-functional coordination.
Robust ownership, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Prior experience in an EdTech or startup setting is preferred.
