We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Team Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on restaurant service experience, and the ability to maintain high standards of food service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
Lead, guide, and motivate restaurant service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Manage staff duty allocation, shift schedules, and attendance.
Conduct briefings and ensure team members follow standard operating procedures.
Monitor table arrangements, restaurant setup, and service readiness.
Ensure proper handling of orders, billing, and guest requests.




Monitor service quality and take corrective action whenever required.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational targets.

Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
Previous experience in restaurant operations or food and beverage service.
Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive team management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
