Handle payroll calculations, processing, and reconciliation.
Manage statutory compliance, taxation, and payroll reporting.
Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues.
Work on payroll integrations with Core HR, Time & Labor, and third-party systems.
Support payroll testing, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams.Role & responsibilities

712 years of experience in Payroll consulting.
Solid knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.
Payroll configuration and implementation experience.
Expertise in earnings, deductions, taxes, and statutory compliance.
Payroll reconciliation and reporting.
Experience with payroll integrations and troubleshooting.
Solid client communication and stakeholder management.
