Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking of construction projects. Candidates should have valuable analytical skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned schedules.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments to collect progress updates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Track project milestones and identify delays or deviations from the planned schedule.
Assist in preparing resource plans for manpower, materials, and equipment.
Maintain project documentation, planning records, and progress trackers.




Support project managers in preparing revised schedules and recovery plans.
Follow up with site teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
Basic knowledge of construction activities and project execution.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office is essential.
Basic knowledge of MS Project / Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
Positive analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Willingness to work with site and project teams.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team setting.

Immediate joiners preferred. Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
