REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a energetic, target-driven, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, channel partners, and online leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries, qualify prospects, and maintain an effective sales pipeline.

Site Visits & Presentations: Arrange and conduct property site visits and deliver engaging project presentations.

Commercial Negotiation: Explain pricing, payment plans, and negotiate commercial terms with prospective buyers.

Channel Partner Relations: Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners and brokers.

Sales Conversion:



Drive prospects towards successful bookings and manage booking documentation.

Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

1–4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Consultative B2C Sales, or High-Value Client Servicing.

Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build lasting client relationships and close sales.

Customer-focused approach with a target-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of real estate sales processes and property documentation will be an advantage.
