Role & responsibilities
Run programs end to end: planning, launch, delivery and tracking against goals. Be the day-to-day point of contact for partners.
Work with internal teams to keep timelines and delivery on track.
Drive student participation and engagement.
Track progress, flag risks early and share regular updates.
Improve how programs are run as you go.
Preferred candidate profile
2 to 5 years in program, project or partner management.
Track record of running large-scale programs with many moving parts. Delivers well under tight deadlines and stays on top of several priorities at once.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across teams.
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
Transparent written and spoken communication.
Able to join immediately.
