Duties
Manage the daily operations of the retail store.

Recruit, train, and support store employees.

Review sales reports and implement improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of retail management experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Robust knowledge of retail operations and financial management.
Experience managing a team of 30 or more employees.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Willing to relocate to South Africa.
