Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing and/or Claims. The ideal candidate should have robust automation testing skills, experience in developing and executing automation scripts, and a valuable understanding of insurance domain processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Duck Creek applications.
Perform automation testing for Duck Creek Billing and Claims modules.
Analyse business and functional requirements and identify appropriate test scenarios.
Execute automated test cases and validate application functionality.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, report, track, and validate defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
Participate in test planning,



test case design, execution, and reporting.
Ensure application quality, test coverage, and adherence to testing standards.
Support continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in QA Automation.
Working experience with Duck Creek Billing and/or Claims.
Strong understanding of automation testing concepts and frameworks.
Experience in creating and executing automated test scripts.
Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Positive understanding of the insurance domain and related business workflows.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills
