Qualifications
Bachelor's certificate in education/ B.Ed. or equivalent or Bachelor's degree in psychology/ child psychology/ developmental psychology
Minimum 1 year of experience working in an early childhood or preschool setting
Qualification or training in Early Childhood Education (mandatory)- diploma/ post graduate certificate




Solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices
Passion for working with young children
Patience, warmth, and the ability to build trusting relationships with children
Good communication and teamwork skills
English proficiency - mandatory
Willingness to learn, reflect, and grow in the community of the preschool
Reflective and versatile mindset
Openness to feedback and mentoring
Interest in professional development
Willingness to contribute to a growing school culture
Experience in lesson planning to deliver structured and engaging learning experiences.
