Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue: Achieve daily/monthly sales targets for Pet Food, Accessories, Pharmacy & Services. Upsell & cross-sell products.
Customer Experience: Greet customers, understand pet needs, recommend right products, explain offers & loyalty program (Zigly Prime).
Store Operations: Handle billing (POS), stock management, inventory counting, visual merchandising & store cleanliness.
Pet Services: Promote Grooming, Vet Consultation & other services to walk-in customers.
Customer Relationship: Build solid relationships, handle customer queries/complaints and ensure repeat visits.
Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports and share feedback with Store Manager.
