Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities




Design and execute QA COE coaching and enablement program.
Conduct workshops on QA standards, strategy, planning, coverage and risk-based testing.
Coach teams on automation, defect management, quality gates and release readiness.
Assess QA skills and identify competency and capability gaps.
Drive adoption of COE standards across pilot and Xome QA teams.
Develop training material, playbooks, templates, checklists and best practices.
Promote shift-left, automation and AI-assisted QA practices.
Lead train-the-trainer, knowledge transfer and COE handover activities.
