Job Responsibilities
Contact recent leads and understand their requirements.
Meet clients and discuss their interior design and renovation needs.
Visit sites and understand project requirements.
Prepare floor plans and design concepts as required.
Explain design ideas, quotations, and services to clients.
Follow up with clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Coordinate with the estimation and design teams.
Maintain lead details and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
Build valuable relationships with clients and generate recent business.

Requirements




B.Arch or equivalent relevant qualification.
5 to 8 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
Experience in client handling and sales is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and floor plans.
Ability to convince clients and close deals.
