Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).

Experience & Salary

L1 – Fresher to 6 Months

L2 – 6 Months to 4 Years

Skills & Experience Required
Solid verbal communication skills in English.
International Voice Process experience is preferred.
Experience in the UK Banking domain, particularly credit card processes, is an added advantage.
Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Shift Details
Rotational shifts
Shift timings between 11:00 AM and 4:00 AM.

Cab Facility
Two-way cab facility available at an additional charge.
Service coverage up to 20 km only.
