Role Summary The Page Girl (Guest Service Associate) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming guests, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay experience. This role serves as the first point of contact and reflects the hotels brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a qualified and courteous demeanor
Escort guests to reception, rooms, or designated areas within the hotel
Assist guests with general inquiries, directions, and hotel services
Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uphold hotel etiquettes




Ensure guest satisfaction by providing personalized assistance
Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and services

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
Strong grooming and qualified appearance
Ability to work in a quick-paced hospitality environment
Basic problem-solving and multitasking skills
Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)

Qualification Criteria
Education:
Graduation or 12th Grade
Certification/Diploma in Hospitality / Travel / Tourism / Aviation / Airport Management
Age Criteria:
Below 25 years (for Graduates)
1822 years (for Certification/Diploma holders) and willing to pursue graduation

Work Environment
Luxury 5-star hotel setting
